For training to be effective it needs to be structured and regular.  Training takes place on Sunday's usually three weeks on and fourth week off at a variety of locations; Wendover, Ashridge Estate, Cassiobury Park or Boxhill in Surrey.  A typical Sunday session will comprise of a 10 min warm-up, 3 hours of walking (hills and flats) and finishing with 45 minutes of High Impact Interval Training.  


We meet at our chosen location at 7.30am for a 7.45am start.
